About O Peiral

By Equipe editorial GTM Labs · Updated

In the heart of the town of Cariño, in the O Campo quarter, lies O Peiral beach, a small cove. It is also known as Peiral do Campo or the Mallorquín cove, and steps lead down to it from Rúa do Campo. It has a cliff behind it and several small islets in the bathing area; it is mostly stones and boulders, with a patch of fine sand at its left-hand end that is covered at high tide. The council considers it very well suited to diving.
