About us
Choosing a beach shouldn't be a gamble.
A forecast tells you whether it will be sunny, but not how the sea is, whether there is a warning for that coast or what the latest water analysis said. We bring it all together, every day and beach by beach, so you get a clear answer before you leave home.
What we offer
Information you can trust
AEMET warnings, water analyses from Spain's Ministry of Health and leading weather and sea forecasts. Every figure shows its source and time.
Beach by beach
Every beach gets its own answer, in its local time, rather than an average for the town or province.
Your safety first
An official warning always outweighs a sunny day, and every verdict comes with its reasons.
121 beaches, one by one
Today we cover 121 beaches in 22 provinces and islands, and we keep growing. Before a beach goes live, a person checks its name, municipality and location against official sources.
How we work
Every figure says where it comes from and how recent it is. If a source does not respond, we tell you: we never fill the gap with a guess.
Water analyses are published periodically, so we show them as the "latest analysis", with its date, never as today's condition. A forecast is a forecast, and we present it as one. Spanish and English show the same data and the same criteria.
Our commitment to your safety
An official warning always outweighs a sunny day: a red AEMET warning is enough for us not to recommend a beach. And we never calculate or assume the flag, jellyfish or lifeguard cover: that information belongs to the lifeguards and authorities at each beach.
