A Pedra do Sal beach lies north of Baldaio, on the Carballo coast, and is easy to reach. Granite rocks beaten by the waves shape the characteristic landscape of this stretch of sand, which is part of the Natura network. From here, a narrow path along the shore leads to Caión past a series of coves that appear at low tide.
