Areal do Reiro is a small beach in the parish of Santaia de Chamín, in Arteixo, split into two parts by the Santa Irene headland. It is a hidden beach, in a natural setting of rocks and Atlantic greenery. In the seventies, remains of a Mesolithic coastal camp, one of the few in the province of A Coruña, were found here.
