About Playa de Deba

By Equipe editorial GTM Labs · Updated

Santiago Beach lies in the town centre of Deba, very close to the old quarter and beside the mouth of the River Deba, at the western end of the Gipuzkoa coast. It is 400 m long, has fine golden sand and is open to the sea. At low tide it joins Lapari Beach, at its right-hand end, and together they form a wide stretch of sand. The Cárdenas and Pablo Sorozabal seafront promenades run above the beach, and Deba is part of the Basque Coast Geopark.
