Zarautz beach stretches for 2,500 metres and is lined by a long seafront promenade. It attracts both families and surfers. Next to the beach is the Iñurritza protected biotope, with dunes, salt marsh and cliffs, which holds the largest dune field on the Basque coast and can be explored along a boardwalk.
