Lingunde beach is a cove in the town of Camariñas, on the inner side of the estuary and very close to Area da Vila beach. It is a semi-urban beach of pebbles and white sand. It is protected from the open sea and fairly sheltered from the north-easterly wind, and the council presents it as a good option for families. It is easily reached from the seafront promenade or on a short walk around Punta dos Castros, and wooden boardwalks lead down to the sand.
