About the coast in San Sebastián
By Equipe editorial GTM Labs · Updated
La Concha bay, beside the Cantabrian Sea, is the defining image of Donostia/San Sebastián, and Santa Clara island lies at its centre. La Concha beach stretches from the City Hall to the Pico del Loro, and Ondarreta beach lies in the shelter of Mount Igeldo, at the foot of the Miramar palace. The walk around the bay continues around Mount Urgull along the Paseo Nuevo to the end of La Zurriola beach, in the Sagüés area, an urban route of about 6 kilometres.
