Gandia has more than 7 km of coastline on the Mediterranean, with beaches of fine sand. Playa Nord is an urban beach, and l'Auir beach, some 3 km long, keeps a landscape of dunes. Venècia beach, south of the port, and Marenys de Rafalcaid beach are smaller and are lined by dunes with vegetation.
