About Praia de Lariño

Lariño beach lies in the parish of San Martiño de Lariño, in the municipality of Carnota, and is some 1,500 metres long. It is a fine-sand beach open to the Atlantic Ocean, with dunes behind it, where the Lariño and dos Feales streams flow into the sea. The strip of dunes and beach is part of the Monte e Lagoa de Louro protected site, in the Natura network. The Punta Insua lighthouse gives a view of the whole beach and valley.
